Partial Reserver Sales Order during Cross Docking

We have a need to prioritize open orders (unreserved) and in some cases partially reserve/stage order (spread quantity among multiple orders) during cross docking.

EX: We have an inbound PO/ASN for 100 Qty for Item A

In the system there are 5 Open orders for Item A with no reservation ordered by order creation date respectively.

    O1 - ItemA - 40 Qty

    O2 - Item A - 20 Qty

    O3 - Item A - 60 Qty

    O4 - Item A - 80 Qty

    O5 - Item A - 20 Qty

Now, the business request is to reserve quantity and cross dock to be shipped in the following order
