Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Expert,

Is there any relevancy between stop and start HTML server + scheduler in JDE E1 9.1?

Here's the story :

We added a column in add-ons table. After that, we generate the table and index then package+deploy.

I don't know exactly what's going on but these changes only affect in 1 HTML server (meanwhile, we have 4 HTML server).

So, we decided to stop and start the 3 of HTML server using Server Manager.

A few hours later, we found that one of our scheduler (R09801) not run 'normally'.

Usually only a minute to process, but it took > 4 hours at that time and still processing so we have to terminate it.
