R47122- Inventory Outbound .

When the is UBE is run, this is populating the table F47126/127 which is fine. But once  a record from F4111 has been populated successfully in to F47126/127, there should be a flag in F4111 so that the same record is not read again. However I do not see any flag getting updated in F4111 nor the system is stopping the same record being populated again in F47126/127. This is leading to duplicate records being populated in to the Outbound tables. Appreciate if anybody has any idea about it . Or how this table should be used . we actually
