Homepage rendering issue post IP2017/19.1 Upgrade

Hi Team,

We recently upgraded our Siebel environment from IP2015 patchset 10 to IP2017 Update 19.1.

Though the upgrade process completed successfully without any major errors and the application is up and running, we are facing the below issue:

-> When we login to the OpenUI eMedia application, the homepage doesn't render completely

-> When we navigate to different screens and then come back to the home page, the application renders as expected

-> This happens every time we login, even with different views set as the landing page

  • We are getting the below error in the console on login

  1. siebjs.js?_scb=19.1.0.0_SIA_[23073_9]_ENU:39 TypeError: Cannot set property '_renderMenu' of undefined
