Work Order Status "Cancelled By Approver"

Hello Everyone,

We are generating PM work orders, after generating some of the PMs are showing in status "Cancelled By Approver" although we didn't cancel any work order.

Please suggest what causing this issue and how to process work orders that are now in "Cancelled By Approver" status ?
