Is there any DDF in Equiment Payment OAF Page?

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to keep the DFF in Payment page of Equipment Lease. When we saw there is no field of Additional Information for the Payment page of Equipment. Please tell us, Is there any DDF in Equiment Payment OAF Page? If not, How can we achieve that ?
