Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Receivables - EBS (MOSC)

When we do the create accounting error has been occurred due to period closed

Receivable manager create accounting is getting an error because of few transactions cannot post due to the closed period.

The manual transaction was entered by 2018 and create accounting programme ran for 28-Feb-2019. That error message shows as below

Please give me solution for this? whether may I have to open the Gl period if I opened the GL period what kind of impact will be affected to it.
