GoldenGate License Requirement in RAC

PLanning to setup GOldenGate On 2 Node Rac, and using agctl for GoldenGate high availability

GoldenGate will definately run on a one node at a time, how license are calculated will it basis on the number of cores in one node or it will total number of cores in both the machines

Is there any way we can deploy GoldenGate in a separte machine to reduce the license cost.
