Tracking EOI at Employee Level, not Benefit Level
Good morning! Our Spouse Life plan is built such that the EOI threshold is at $100,000, and the plan is set up to look at the Employee's salary each pay period (Coverage Bas As of Pay End Date). The Employee selects a salary multiple for Spouse Life coverage. The system does not 'flag' anyone once the coverage goes over the 100k limit. We've established a report that's run once a month to look for employees who reach more than 100k in coverage on the Spouse life benefit so that we can manually notify the Employee that they've reached the limit
