defaulting rule of line type based on item type

We have one order type SUPPLY-ORD-DOMESTIC and two line type are MFG-SUP-DOM-INV-LN- FIELD-SERV-DOM-INV-LN We need that if item (USER ITEM TYPE  is  SERVICE by default line type to be used to FIELD-SERV-DOM-INV-LN and user can not change this line type if item type is service
