Hi, we use PeopleSoft Payroll for North America version 9.2 and our time reporting is done in Kronos. I have some questions and need clarification on setting up ALT OT for employees in the states where the OT calculation is different from FLSA standards. We have pay rules set up in Kronos to calculate Overtime & Double time hours for those states.
