ODA X7 - ACFS or ASM

Hi

We recently procured X7 ODAs to replace our X4s

One of the things we need to address is whether to use the ASM or ACFS for the data storage

Our current environment (X4) is based on ASM (for data storage)

Not long ago, Oracle was pushing everyone to use ASM but we are wondering if that has changed and now the recommended strategy / path is to use ACFS?

Are there any advantages of using ACFS over ASM and vice versa?

We appreciate any feedback or guidance you can provide that would help us to decide on that
