SUBJECT RSS Inactivate Vendor

For G43 Purchasing a vendor hold code can be used to inactivate a vendor and prevent creating a P4301 purchase order. G43E RSS does not have hold codes. Is there a way to prevent a requistion being created for a Supplier.
