Certification Reminders for Business Classifications Suppliers Notfication

We are looking into the certification reminder works and when the supplier would receive the notification .  Shouldn't the supplier receive it on the 02 Mar 2019?  We are not sure why it sent a notice on 10 Mar 2019.

Any guidance wor help we can get would be approeciated.

For example set the two profile options

• Business Classification
       Re-Certification Notification Reminder Days  = 2
• Business Classification
       Re-Certification Period = 90

The expiration date of the business classification is 04 Mar 2019

The vendor received a notificaiton on 10 Mar 2019
