Item Cost Changes Report/Query

Hi all,

I recently received the following request from a user: "Looking for a report or query for all inventory item prices for a date range, such as 6 months. The report should include requisition/PO data for quantity, price, dates and compare item price delivered to ordered price."

Does anyone know of a delivered query or report that displays this information?
