JDE E1 new BSFN not copying to base Pathcode folder

Hi!

Generic question... how does the base pathcode folder on the deployment server get updated with custom items (like DV910 or PY910)?

My developer created a custom BSFN on his windows client, checked it into DV910, and then I built an update package for it.  It compiled fine and the .h, .c. and .obj objects are in the update package folder and I see them in the full package folder.  However I don't see them in the base Path Code folder.  How do those object get put there?!
