Manufacturing accounting RF31200 account number invalid error

In the report RF31200 there is an error with the account number as invalid. I don't see dmaai set up for the account number. Next, it creates the record with a document type LL which is not available for the company in dmaai(neither star all record exist). I am puzzled how the report creates a record with document type LL (variance entries) when there is no setup in dmaai. How does this work? Is there a document to check the setups apart from dmaai which pulls the record?
