Lot Control Dates Not Being Calculated

We recently began using Lot Control in JDE 9.2 to control inventory of some supplements we added to our line of distributed products.

When we receive POs we are using the receive to multiple locations row exit (within P4312) to enter new lot numbers.  This also allows us to enter a based on date.  We have discovered that because the PO lines pull the existing primary bin location and associated lot number the receipt is using this info to populate dates like Expiration Date and Best By Date rather than calculating them for the new lot number using the Based On Date.  In our testing we have found that if we change the bin location on the PO line and clear the lot
