Questions about SmartView SmartQuery functionality

Hi All,

I would like to ask the following questions regarding the SmartView SmartQuery functionality since I could not try it on our environment due to "QUERYRESULTLIMIT" errors that we are still coordinating with the admins.

1.) Is a Smart query subject to the same timeout restrictions imposed by ad-hoc smartview reports?

2.)  What happens if a user attempts to run a query that is too large? Will it create an error on the server? Will the session time out? is there a sessions EAS when pulling using smartquery?

Also, is there a way we can use smart query without updating the "QUERYRESULTLIMIT" setting in Essbase.cfg
