How can I do Retrobilling for usage in Contracts?

Hi,

I have a requirement as below.

1) Billing date on Billing schedule is at the end of the quarter

2) There are  counter readings for that quarter that come in few days after the end of the quarter.

3) My usage billing for quarter would ideally consider interface date as quarter end date since billing schedule is quarterly as the Service Contracts Main Billing Program would take interface date to push invoicing data to AR.

Suppose I have quarter end date as Jun-30, interface date is Jun-30 for billing,  and counter readings for Jun-29 or Jun-30 have come on July 2nd, and is there a way where I go back and bill for those readings  that came on Jul 2nd with Jun-30 as billing date,the reason being bill date has already passed.
