Is there any way we can setup different Resume Templates in TAM

Hello All,

Currently we are using the train process based resume template as shown below:

As we see this is the default delivered template. I need to know that is there any possibility we can introduce something like a Form, that is easy to understand and easy to fill. We are using this product in a region where its feedback is that its not very much user friendly. So if I want set up a simple form based resume template with some of these fields and also with some custom fields. Please guide, any help would be great.
