Unit of Measure Class cannot be loaded for CA and DZ.

All other Unit of Measure Class were imported except for CA (cases) and DZ (dozen) The error is "The unit of measure name must be unique. The name of any unit of measure may be the same when presented in different languages, but it must be unique within each session language." I deleted those UOM from the translation file before importing. When searching in UOM class, they do not exist. How to add?
