Diagnose Software command on PCA 2.3.4 shows two failed steps

I was running Diagnose Software on PCA 2.3.4 and have two steps failed. But overall results shows a success. Anyone who have experienced the problem before and how did they solve it. Note that I am new in PCA community and wish to learn a lot through your assistance.
