Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Connecting Database 11.2 to 7.3

Hi!

I need to connect my 11.2 database to my client's 7.3 version.

I must be able to fetch and send data to the client's db, preferably through a dblink.

I'v read about using Instant Client 10 with ODBC drivers as a hop, but on preleminary tests, It didn't worked.

Is there any way to directly connect this two DB's?
