Override Address Change F4006 and Vertex Geocode Edits

Bug 22912742 - Address Override and Vertex

Issue:-  When user updates ship to address through order 

address, tax area has to be defaulted with the new address.

Cause:-  New functionality implemented.                    

Resolution:- When user update ship to address, sale order  

will be updated with tax area based on new location.       

Does anyone has any document, how this functionality works in 9.2. I check the related ESU has been deployed.
