Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How do you set up roles for the Employee Privilege Template so you can limit the Chartfields display

I am able to control which delivered chartfields display for the submitter, but I want to do the same for the HR Supervisor and the Prepay Auditors.

I tried to set up a role of HRSPV and associate it to the HRSPV privilege template, but I still see all of the delivered chartfields.

When I do the same thing for the HR Supervisor, I still see all the fields:

I am attempting to use configuration to hide the unused fields vs having to customize to hide all the fields I don't use.

Any assistance is appreciated.
