How to enable the trace for AWE in PeopleSoft 9.1?
I'm looking to see when and how the notification templates are called for particular level in the approval workflow process.
For example, I have two levels in my approval workflow process. Some cases, level 1 is the final approval and for others both levels are required for approval.
If the level is 1, the email address of the approver should be used in the email notification.
If it goes to 2nd level in the workflow, then it should be more generic email address than picking up the email address of the approver.
I'm looking for the customization approach here and I would like to know how to enable the trace for AWE and the location of the trace files once created.
