Is it possible to update locator details in mtl_onhand_quantities records

Is it possible to update locator details in mtl_onhand_quantities records; during conversion the item details in onhand quantities missed locator details and it persists in Locator enabled subinventory. Now while performing Misc issue it is asking for locator details and  it is not present.

Please suggest us a way to update the same such that misc issue can be performed.
