AGIS vs standard intercompany

Hello,

Currently we are using AGIS to make intercompany transactions in AP & AR. However, oracle have standard intercompany setup which can define at order management setup level. And i noticed functionality is same for both AGIS & Standard intercompany (at OM level)

Just i would like to know the difference between AGIS and standard inter company setup(at OM level).
