How to populate Approver name in Journal form it self, immediately click on Approve button

Hi Team,

We would like to know is there any way to populate the approver name in Journal form itself, immediately  click on Approve button. So that prepare to know that journal is send to the correct approver who is the supervisor of preparer.

Main intention is Prepare has to know to whom the journal is routed for approval. Can we achieve this by using form personalization?
