JDE E1 9.2 When a Supervisor is terminated, the system is moving the EE's supervisor up one level a

Ex:  EE 12345  has had 4 supervisor changes since 2014.

1/ 1/19  Supervisor D 98765

3/ 1/18  Supervisor C 87654

5/23/16  Supervisor B 76543

9/12/14  Supervisor A 65432

On 3/1/19, Supervisor A was termed.  The system moved EE 12345 supervisor up a level to Supervisor B who was termed last year.   The supervisors in 2018 and 2019 were entered through the P0801EMP. 

We use a 3rd party- Halogen for our performance appraisals and merit increase and it pulls the supervisor information from E1.  This functionality is causing pay information to be sent to wrong supervisors.

Is there a way to shut the functionality off and even if it was blank we could address it without sending out confidential information.
