Transaction Account ADR value can be used in a custom ADR

Hi,

We are having a requirement to change the transaction account in ADR of Receiving Inspection JLT and this should be restricted to only one organization and for other Organization it should remain same. So can any one confirm whether standard ADR of Transaction Account could be copied and used in the custom ADR or any other best solution for this requirement.
