Supplier Pre Qualification amount limit should enforce sourcing done from the supplier

Hi,

We have a requirement where we do a supplier pre qualification process and based on this we setup an amount limit that can be procured from the supplier

e.g One supplier may be authorized for total purchases for an amount of 50,000 USD for all the sourcing done from him for an year.

Then another supplier may be authorized for an amount of 100,000 USD for a given product category for a given year

The business wants to restriction of sourcing of the items from these suppliers once their pre qualification limits are over for a given year E.g if the amount of 50,000 has been sourced from the given supplier then it should not allow further sourcing from this supplier for the current year.
