Need help, Suppliers recieving Header E-mail Notifications daily after contract has expired.

Hello,

So we have suppliers who are receiving Quarterly Report requests from the Contract Header Agreement Assignments section daily. The contracts in question are expired and they shouldn't be receiving these now. Does anyone know how to stop these from being sent out once a contract is expired regardless of compliance on the Suppliers end?
