Is there a way to default COO into P4312 without setting the Item/Branch COO required flag?  Our requirement is when receiving product, we would like COO to default from the Item/Branch value but we do not need COO in any other process.  It's not a required field so we do not want to set that flag - way too much overhead.  I tried by setting the proc opt in P4312 and not setting the flag in Item/Branch - did not work.   Any suggestions?  thanks
