Would there be any limitation on the no of records which we can show in a Excel BI output?

Hi Mentors,

Today we have a requirement to design a report which will have data Minimum 5 lacs Rows with 10-15 Columns in csv. There are 4 different Categories in this Data. What we were thinking to Split the data in different Sheets in a BI Output.

  1. Would you have any input if that big data to be displayed via BI Output would probably cause any issue?
  2. The file size could be around 100-150 MB. Will BI Email option still work to send this huge data in Emails?

NOTE: The data in this report will increase every day, so i would also like to understand the Max capacity this can be handled via BI Publisher Excel Output.
