Emplyee Self Service - Open Enrollment question

Just a question to the community.  When you are using employee self service for Open Enrollment, do you stop running R085540 (Purge Emp Current/Pending Elections Work Table) and R054040 (Purge Employee Personal, Contact, Phone Work table) during your OE period?  Or, are you restricting access to the other Life Event options during this period?   It seems to me that JDE would have coded for two versions like they did the other processes, one for Current Enrollments and one for Open Enrollment. 

We currently run all version for current enrollments on the scheduler twice a week.  The R085540 and R054040 clear both current enrollment data and open enrollment data.
