Engineer to Order - Subledger Field inactive for the Work order during Project or task Closure?

On the standard ETO module, the Task under the Project have the Part list (where we can create the PO and do stock issuance with task being reference in the Sub ledger field) to estimate the initial cost of the build

Once the project/task is closed how does the ETO module ensure that

1.no further Purchase order can be created against the task

2.no more Part issuance can be done against the close task

3.No time entries posting against the closed task

4. any manual journals to be created against the task

On standard manufacturing module.the only way to ensure the above is not supported is by ensuring the sublegder inactive flag(F4801.SBLI) is set to "I" . Does this functionality not exist in the Engineer to order Module
