Java supported version for Siebel Innovation Pack 2013 Patchset 17

Hello,

We have Siebel  version  8.1.1.11.0 , Java  jdk1.7.0_67 and recently I have installed Innovation Pack 2013 Patchset 17.

Now I would like to update java version to 10 or 11 ,  does  java 10 or 11  compatible  to Siebel 8.1.1.11.17?

Is there any software compatibility documentation  for Siebel 8.1.1.11.17?

Any help would be appreciated.
