How to fix the SmartView "error: 80070057" related to POV settings?

Hi everyone,

There is a weird issue when using the Ad Hoc analysis in Smartview:

When I pivot the "ICP" to POV, after clicking "refresh", the error message pops up:

However, when I pivot it to a cell, the page can be successfully refreshed:

I have deleted the user's info in hfm's table _USERPARAMS.

Does any know how to fix this issue?
