Called UBE not Launched in Single Threaded queue

Hi,

I need help in understanding a scenario,

We have a Report (Report 1) which runs on a single threaded queue, we have called another report (Report 2) from Report 1 in asynchronous mode. But Report 2 didn't launch at all. But when the same Report 2 is called in Synchronous mode then Report 2 is launching.

Can someone tell me what is actually happening in this case?
