JDE World Error 3448 Sales & Distribution, Sufficient Inventory

We are using multi-branch for Sales & Distribution and keep getting error 3448 in one branch and not the other, even when both have sufficient inventory available. The items are configured the same. Is it possible when we run a certain program the records are overwriting or something like that? We are out of ideas on where else to look to resolve this issue.
