Fat client - Command: install\setup.exe

We try to install fat client machine after new installation of JD Edwards application release 9.2 and TR 9.2.2.4. firstly we install all prerequisites, then oracle database from installmanager.exe,  the first try to install the JDE client we receive the following error:

So we followed the instructions mentioned in document ID: (2305477.1), then we tried again, this time we receive the following error:
