Unable to assign Selling UOM while creating Price Change in RPM Version 16

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to create a regular price change in RPM version 16.0.2, however I see the Selling UOM Text box and its LOV greyed out. Is there any system options setting or table that needs to be populated in order to enable these fields. Many thanks in advance.
