P4310 New Row Updates Statuses for all rows

When adding a new row to the bottom of an existing PO in P4310 and clicking OK, all rows in the order get their Next Status updated.

So all rows are at last/next 245/280.

Add new row to bottom and click OK

New row gets set to next status 235 and so do all of the other rows.

How do we disable this?

We are on E1 9.2.
