SM console server change

Hello,

We will be replicating the deployment server (on which we have Server manager installed on WLS) to a new server. (using a replication tool)

The new server will have a different name and IP, but the existing applications will still be pointing to the original one.

We can change the references for deployment server to point to the new server.

However, for the Server manager console, do you have specific steps on how to update the server name?

There was this document - Server Manager Configuration Backup Information And Changing Deployment Server (Doc ID 660565.1) - however I think this is outdated.
