EPM Import from Interface tables, Customs not showing up properly

Version 11.1.2.4.

I've been trying to set up a new process for exporting Metadata from DRM into HFM via interface tables. 

We already have one export process in place, which works fine, but we have a new HFM Application that I want to manage separately to the old HFM application.

Hence, I have created a new set of Dimensions in the Shared library which are shared to the new application.  I've also set up new Interface tables that correspond to the new dimensions.  DRM exports also set up, and appear to be working.

However, when I try to set up a new Import Profiles in Dimension Library I can't see any of the Custom Dimensions (Custom 1 - 4) in the drop down selection for the Shared Library column in the Map Dimensions screen.  Entity, Account, erc. all seem to be OK, and I can see both old and new dimensions in the Shared Library drop down.
