Release 19A impact analysis document source

We are performing impact analysis to release 19A. We have received following sources to get the information:

1. Oracle Applications Cloud Known Issues and Maintenance Packs (Doc ID 1603154.1)

2. https://cloud.oracle.com/en_US/saas/readiness

    We refer to documents from What's New section.

Both the documents do not list the same objects that will be introduced in the new release. I appreciate the guidance to the correct source of information.
