spacewalk 27 metadata file does not match checksum

I am trying to setup a Spacewalk 2.7 server on a fresh Oracle Linux 7.4 server and the spacewalk server 2.7 repository is tossing and errno 1 Metadata file does not match checksum

When I look in the repomd.xml on my server it is pointing to http://linux.duke.edu/metadata/repo

I have done most of the google fixs like yum clean all, clean metadata.  How can I turn off this metadata checksum?  I have tried the gpgcheck=0 and on the command line.
