Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

I created a new return Service Activity Code, and tried to add it to the Repair Type.

I am not able to see that SAC in the LOV.

however, after say overnight, in the morning it was available in the LOV.

Can you please let me know, how can I make it available immediately?

We are not using IB so not defining IB transaction subtypes.
